问:员工在服务5个月后是否有权享受带薪年假?

答:不,如果员工从公司辞职或他的服务被公司终止,他只有权享有4个月的年假比例。


Q: Is an employee entitled to paid annual leave after 5 months’ service?
A: No, an employee is only entitled to proportionate annual leave for 5 months if he/she resigns from the company or his/her services are terminated by the company.
